Easy Homemade Seed Crackers

 
 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds

  • ½ cup Sesame seeds

  • ½ cup linseed/flaxseeds

  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds

  • ½ cup chia seeds

  • ½ cup poppy seeds (optional)

  • ½ cup hemp seeds (optional)

  • 2 cups water

  • Himalayan salt

 

Method

  1. Heat oven to 170.

  2. Place all seeds in a bowl and mix together.

  3. Add water and stir to combine.

  4. Let mixture sit to find and become ‘gluggy’ (approximately 20min).

  5. Line two baking trays with baking paper and spread mixture thinly.

  6. Sprinkle with Himalayan or rock salt.

  7. Bake for 30 minute, slice into squares and turn over.

  8. Back for a further 20-30 minutes until crisp and golden.

 

Note: You could also add for a different flavour:  oregano, basil, garlic powder, chilli flakes or finely grated parmesan cheese.
